FCN is a national voluntary organisation and charity working in the farming community with a small staff team, some of whom work remotely. The HR Dept have been providing our HR support for the past four years, during which time they have supplied a full range of services including recruitment, contract drafting, development of a staff handbook, guidance on employment law and advice on performance management. We have always found them to be responsive and thoroughly professional, quickly adapting to the needs of our particular sphere of operations.
