What does our Mentoring service include?

We offer two forms of mentoring – Mentoring for HR or Peer Mentoring.

Mentoring for HR

Designed for people who handle HR but don’t always have someone to check in with. This could be a solo HR professional, an office manager, or someone who’s become the default “HR person”.

HR Mentoring provides:

  • A confidential place to work through sensitive HR challenges
  • Guidance on best practice and fair decision-making
  • Support for building simple, effective HR processes 

It’s practical, grounded, and focused on helping your HR run smoothly, removing unnecessary stress.

Peer mentoring

Peer Mentoring is for individuals who want support, confidence and a sounding board outside their immediate team.

It works well for:

  • New or developing managers
  • People stepping into leadership responsibilities
  • Team members dealing with workplace challenges
  • Anyone who benefits from structured support and honest, calm conversation 

Peer Mentoring is about helping you develop practical approaches to challenges, supporting your resilience and enabling you to discover a clearer sense of direction. 

How do we provide this service?

Our mentoring programme is provided over 6 months, with two 121’s each month, coupled with regular access via WhatsApp.

We will work with you to understand the best approach for your circumstances. 

Mainly delivered online, we can also come to your workplace or another venue as appropriate.
