Our local and personal approach to HR gives us the opportunity to meet the people at the heart of communities throughout the UK.

Getting to know you, your business and your community is what inspired us to be involved on a deeper level. Through our strong relationships and connections, we have participated in many local events and continue to raise awareness of local charities and causes.

In addition to our activity in the community, our annual conference promotes a cause in need, to which members of our network donate generously.

In September 2023 a part of HR Dept in the Community, we raised money for The Deaf Health charity, SignHealth! We walked 15-miles and ran a bake sale in the office. Fintan O’Toole alongside many others walked 160-miles to Bristol for Myeloma UK.

We raised a total of £6283 for charity!

In June 2024, we fundraised for Missing People and for Brain Tumour Research UK! We walked 1150 miles as a collective walk, ran an office bake sale and Vicki skydived! We also took part in the ‘Walk for Hope for Lee Boxell’. Lee Boxell sadly went missing in 1988 at 15, the Boxell family live in Sutton just minutes away from our office. We had pleasure of walking with Peter Boxell (father of Lee) and Becky from Missing People.  

Overall, we raised £1982 for our chosen charities!
