Niamh Kelly

Director

Níamh is an award winning HR professional with 25+ years HR experience at Senior levels in the corporate, public and voluntary sector. With a Masters in Strategic Human Resources; she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has built the business through networking and making connections that have benefitted existing and potential clients; and our strategic partners. She specialises in HR Consultancy and HR project management

Lauren Rymer

Snr HR Consultant

Lauren joined us in November 2022 and has over 10 years’ of experience as an HR Consultant, mainly within a manufacturing environment, working with employees at all levels of an organisation. She is passionate about working with people and absolutely dedicated to providing exceptional service and striving for excellence in all that she does.  Lauren primarily supports clients in Wrexham and Chester

Aleesha Skett

Snr HR Consultant

Aleesha joined the team in September 2020, being promoted to HR Consultant in July 2022, and Senior HR Consultant in April 2023. A law graduate from the University of Wolverhampton, Aleesha has won and been shortlisted for multiple awards including the Oxford University Press Law Prize, the Rising Star of the Year award, and the Young Business Person of the year award. Aleesha specialises in Employee Relations, is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and proud trustee of SYA Charity.

Harriet Cooke

Asst HR and Marketing Consultant

Harriet joined us in 2022 as an HR Administrator whilst undergoing her Business Management (specialising in HR and Marketing) Degree with The University of Chester. After graduating in 2023, she was promoted to Assistant HR and Marketing Consultant whilst she completes her Level 5 CIPD. Harriet specialises in handbooks and contracts and is looking forward to developing her HR career with the team.
