How can I create an online training program for my employees?
Here’s a brief overview of how to create a training programme for your business:
- Define your learning goals: Create a list of clear and measurable learning goals — things that will benefit both the employee and employer.
- Choose a course topic: Decide on a course topic that will solve a problem or issue or fulfil a need in your business.
- Build a course structure: Put a plan in place for how you’re going to deliver the training and keep employees engaged.

What is employee training software?
Training software, sometimes known as a Learning Management System, is software that allows employees to learn online in the form of online courses. Businesses of all types use training software for administration, tracking, reporting and delivery of courses and training programs. As well as giving you the ability to create courses and organise employees into groups, it also has the tools to assign training to users and run tests.
What is the most effective way to deliver corporate training?
It all depends on the type of business you run and the resources you have available. For small to medium-sized businesses with fewer resources and smaller budgets, eLearning is a great cost-effective option that allows employees to learn anywhere they have an internet connection.
On the other hand, if you have a particularly large group of employees, you might benefit from a traditional approach that involves getting all employees together and delivering the training in person. Bear in mind that for the same result, this approach will cost a lot more money and require more planning.
