He advises small businesses on all HR issues, having over thirty years experience in organisations across many industries and markets. Fintan is legally qualified and specialises in dispute resolution and complex HR matters.

DirectorMaria combines her experience of working in-house and as a consultant to give practical advice to clients. Maria also builds relationships with businesses and contacts in and around the Bromley area. Maria is an Associate CIPD and has completed Level 7 CIPD Certificate.
Vicki Smith
DirectorVicki has over 15 years HR experience advising on recruitment, employee relations and a wide range of employment law issues. She has Level 5 in HR Management and is an Associate CIPD. Vicki is responsible for managing operations and ensuring that all client matters are dealt with efficiently.
Hannah Dunne
Senior HR AdvisorHannah has over 8 years experience working in HR including onboarding new employees and dealing with employee relation issues. Hannah began her HR career working in-house and then transitioned to consultancy: advising and supporting clients on employment law and best practice.
Alison Reid
HR AdvisorWith over 20 years working within aviation and an early career in HR and administration for the NHS, her knowledge of staff well being, support and employee development is vast. She has been working at The HR Dept for 3 years. Alison has a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and is an Associate CIPD.
Danny Dudas
HR AdministratorDanny has previously worked within administrative and business support, alongside having some HR experience. Danny has now been working with us for over a year and continues to develop his HR knowledge within this role which involves supporting the team with admin, systems, and customer support.
Jane Chant
Office ManagerJane has been with The HR Dept for 16 years supporting the company in all areas of administration. Jane is both diligent and efficient in the management of sensitive information.
