Director of The HR Dept Carlisle & Morecambe, Heather is passionate about helping local SMEs with any people problems and can provide a comprehensive and responsive HR service.

Having worked in a range of increasingly senior HR roles across manufacturing, technology, IT services, defence, aerospace and healthcare, Heather is able to provide a dedicated, in-depth HR service, while remaining commercially focused on what will work well for the business.

So, without the luxury of an in-house HR professional, you can rest assured that the needs of your business will be fully met.

Heather has over 25 years of generalist HR experience, advising on and managing people issues. She holds a BA (Hons) in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
