Managing performance doesn’t need to be an onerous task. In this informative and interactive workshop, we will look at the tools we have available for both the management of performance – from setting standards and clear objectives; conducting performance reviews; and giving and receiving both positive and negative feedback – to knowing when to ‘step in’ to prevent performance concerns becoming big issues.
Through a mix of exercises, pair work and small group discussions considering case examples for managing performance, you will leave this ‘hands-on’ workshop with practical tips and actions you can put into practice as soon as you step back into the workplace.
Who is this course for? This workshop is aimed at Line Managers or those who have Supervisory or Team Leader responsibilities and day-to-day management of others, in addition to those new to managing others.
