Pay as You Go – Operational and HR project work
We offer ‘Pay as You Go’ HR services. This guides you through operational HR matters such as sickness absence issues, conducting disciplinary or grievance processes on your behalf or supporting you with any HR project work. We can also offer this service to support any in-house HR resource that you may already have in place.
Strategic HR consultancy services
Our strategic HR consultancy service can work with your board of directors, governors, local governing bodies, trustees and members of your school leadership team. We can advise and support
you through TUPE and HR due diligence processes, restructures or redundancy programmes and help in developing an HR/people strategy for your school or trust.
We can also offer our HR Academic customers a range of bespoke training courses that include employment law updates and management development programmes.
Health and safety
Our bespoke health and safety offering provided by our sister company, The Health & Safety Dept, offers a full Health and Safety service that covers the unique risk spectrum that applies to schools and academies. These aim to minimise risk and provide safe environments for pupils and staff.
