This workshop is designed to introduce you to the essentials of managing HR Administration. During the workshop we will provide a brief overview of the core concepts to include storing personnel records, step by step recruitment, induction, probationary reviews, sickness absence and absence recording, end of employment checklist and many more. This will provide you with do’s and don’ts for managing your staff effectively.
